Yates Estate is a family owned property company based in Southwark, London SE17. Its origins date back to the mid-Victorian era when its founder, Edward Yates, built large areas of housing in South London.
Our Story
Since the 1870s, the company has been committed to refurbishing and upgrading its properties and aims to provide a high standard of both furnished and unfurnished letting accommodation.
Many of these Victorian properties have been converted into flats: one or two bedroom ground floor garden flats, or two bedroom first and second floor flats. We also have several two storey, four bedroom houses with gardens.
Most of our refurbished properties are occupied by people who need quick and easy access into Central London .
With excellent transport links at the Elephant & Castle and Kennington, the properties are within easy reach of the City and West End via bus, tube (zone 1), or mainline trains (zone 2).
